Premier Awards a Three-Year Contract to BSN medical, Inc. Orthopaedics
Charlotte, NC --- Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, the group purchasing unit of Premier, has awarded a three-year contract to the Orthopaedics division of BSN medical, Inc.

The contract will allow BSN medical to offer over 1,500 Premier hospitals and alternate site facilities a variety of plaster and synthetic casting and splinting products, cotton and synthetic under cast padding, cast tapes, and stockinettes. The contract will take effect on November 1, 2004.

The BSN medical product line includes world-class orthopedic brands including Specialist® Plaster of Paris, Ortho-Glass® Synthetic Splinting System, Delta-Cast® Synthetic Cast Tapes, Actimove® Orthopedic Soft Goods, and Gypsona® Plaster.
